1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of acredelivers.com and to every order placed through it. By browsing the store or completing a purchase you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and accuracy

We work to describe the Bear Peek Carrier accurately. Photography, screens and lighting can make colours and finishes appear slightly different from the physical product, and minor variations in handmade and leather-look materials are normal. Product availability may change without notice.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud or resale abuse.

5. Pricing, currency and payment

Prices are displayed in USD and may change at any time before you place an order. Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated on the site. Depending on your location, secure Shopify checkout may charge you in another currency at the applicable exchange rate; the exact amount and currency are shown before you confirm payment. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our shipping, returns and refund policies form part of these terms.

7. Safe use with a pet

This product carries a living animal. Use it only with a pet that fits comfortably and can sit, turn and breathe freely inside it. Never leave a pet unattended in the carrier, never leave the carrier in a hot or enclosed vehicle, keep the opening secured while moving, and stop using it immediately if your pet shows signs of stress, overheating or discomfort. Introduce the carrier gradually and check the straps and stitching before every outing. Consult a vet if you are unsure whether a carrier is suitable for your pet, and follow any transport rules set by airlines, trains or venues.

8. Warranty

We warrant the product against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, chewing or scratching damage, misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, or damage from carrying a pet heavier than the carrier is intended for. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

The PEEKY™ name, logo, product photography, text and site design are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

11. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the store, scrape it at scale, resell products as an unauthorised distributor, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
